- Standard: Includes everything in Basic, plus additional reporting and dashboards (available for an extra fee).
- Premium: Includes everything in Standard, with reporting and dashboards fully included. Further customization and app integrations are available for an additional fee.

After setup, the plan renews annually at a higher rate than Premium to cover ongoing usage, support, and the maintenance of your custom features.

If you upgrade your plan, any unused screening request tokens will carry over to your new plan. However, if you downgrade, token availability may be adjusted based on the limits of your new plan. Contact our support team for details on how your tokens will be affected.
Our on-demand service works by providing clients with a template to fill out; we generate the reports, while they handle document storage for 5+ years, conduct risk assessments for high-risk cases, and manage documents, KYC, and AML reports.
